Wow, what a weekend! There's so much to catch up on... I'm going to work backwards by beginning with the behind the scenes pictures from yesterday's Spring Summer 2012 shoot.
Ah-Maze-Ing is all I can say! Amazing. I am so grateful for the awesome team we had! Janine, Melissa, and Mallory from the Lara Miller studio, Bret Grafton photo, Anthony and Laura on hair and make-up, Javier and Kevin with video, and the bad-ass Valentine Kopjo modeling. We braved the dust, trap doors, and spooky noises of the untouched 13th floor of Macy's on State Street, which may be the most beautiful and amazing hidden space in Chicago. Valentine flipped, wrapped, and tied sweaters like a rock star all while balancing on 5" Ebay heels for almost 10 hours. The team pitched in and came up with "wear it your way™" versions of the garments that I'd never even thought of!
