I love this idea from www.cupofjoe.com! What a fun way to leave a surprise note... simply write on a banana with a knife or a toothpick and within an hour your message will appear! As Mr. Boyum taught us in high school biology, the air reacts with the enzymes causing the banana skin to turn brown... catacolase! Science is so cool!
